Title：Sales Engineer

Reporting line：China Sales manager

No subordinates

Location: Chengdu home base, or Chongqin home base, or Chongqin plant

Objective:

Comply with the corporate Code of Conduct, undertake all commercial and technical activities to fulfill the key Performance Indexes such as growing sales volumes, achieving sales and profitability targets, preparing forecasts, expanding market share, ensuring payment collection, managing distributors, pursing new market development and providing application support.

Responsibilities：

1. Sales performance: Achieve X+1 plans; Key Account Management; Payment collection; Deliver total customer satisfaction

2. New business development: Boost sales in target markets; Identify potential new market opportunities for China sales

3. Marketing intelligence: Collect and analyze market information, such as customers, competitors and industry trends; Study target market; Assist the marketing dept. on market survey

4. Application support: Deliver application knowledge to distributors and users; Provide technical support as needed on site.

5. Distributor management: Channel management; Distributor training and oversight

Requirements：

1. Major in engineering or technical field;

2. Full fluency in written and spoken English

3. Minimum 5 years working experience in B to B sales; proven experience in exploring and developing new markets; Distributor management experience

4. Very strong communication skills- written and oral, High ethical standards, good time management skills, highly motivated, market insight, ability to coordinate with global colleagues to identify market opportunities

5. Willing to travel: 50 -75% of working time
